FiRST RESPONDERS SIMULATOR is a network and platform to support both Citizen and professional First Responders. The primary goal of the FRC is to share knowledge, stimulate interdisciplinary communication, and develop more efficient and better coordinated responses to disasters of all types at all levels: local, state and national. The FRC developmental platform is based on the Homeland Security’s National Response Framework, The FRC resource is designed to bring together interested parties across many disciplines, organizations, and profession to share expertise, knowledge and emerging standards.
The FiRST RESPONDERS SIMULATOR is a meeting place for Citizen and Professional First Responders. This includes local or national response to accidents, natural disasters, or terrorist activities, this front line of emergency response is critical to our Homeland Security and the protection of the people of the United States. The FRC consists of emergency response personnel from a diverse array of organizations that include: firefighters, police, military, Homeland Security, DOE, NRC, national, state, and local emergency response organizations, search and rescue, EMT, equipment and services providers, trainers, and other related professionals.
